Ceramic sharpening guide

Here is a very interesting sharpening tool from Super Togeru. "Togeru" means "can sharpen the blade properly" in Japanese.
The Super Togeru sharpening guide snaps onto the back of the knife to keep your angle constant when sharpening on a water stone, which is the most important part of sharpening.

The tool works great and has a white ceramic non-slip strip for ease of use and prevents you from scratching or digging your stones. We recommend that you put green painter's tape on your knife to prevent small scratches as you slide the sharpening guide on and off your knife.
