Collection: Kiritsuke

Inspired by the profiles of the traditional chef "Gyuto", the "Sujihiki" and the "Nakiri" knives, the double bevel Kiritsukes are versatile knives with a slight advantage for cutting meat. If you want one knife to do it all, and look “cooler” than your friend, this is your knife. For the home cook or professional, we recommend a Kiritsuke which is between 210mm and 240mm long.
